  • I lost something at the performance. How can I check to see if you found it?
    • To inquire about personal belongings that may have been left in the theater, call (714) 556-2122 ext. 4340
  • Do you rent binoculars?
    • Binocular are available for rent on the Orchestra level lobbies of both Segerstrom Hall and Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall for a charge of $10.
  • Do you offer tours or your venues?
    • Segerstrom Center for the Arts welcomes the public to take free docent-led tours and to learn about its history while exploring backstage and behind-the-scenes areas. For more information visit our Free Tours information page.
  • How do I become an usher?
    • Segerstrom Center recruits new volunteer ushers throughout the year.  For more information about requirements to become an usher and upcoming recruitment meetings visit our Volunteer Opportunities page.
  • Do you rent your venues?
    • All of our venues and meeting spaces are available for rent for both public and private events.  For more information visit our Rental information page.
  • It’s a special occasion, can you make an announcement from the stage?
    • We are unable to make special announcement from the stage. However, we do have a program available for dedicating performances to a loved one for a special occasion. For information on the program visit our Dedicate a Performance page.
  • Can I take pictures inside the venue?

    • You may take pictures in the lobbies of all theaters. However, due to copyright laws, there is no picture taking or video recording allowed inside the theaters during a performance.
  • I never received my tickets. What can I do?

    • If you never received your tickets we can replace them for you.  Please call our Ticketing Services department at (714) 556-2787 and one of our Customer Service Specialist can assist you.  For the fastest service, please have your ticket order confirmation number ready.  Please note that replacement tickets cannot be resent, they will be held at the box office for pick up and ID may be required.
  • I lost my tickets. Can you help me?
    • We can replace lost tickets either in advance or at the time of the performance. In advance of your show, please call Ticketing Services at (714) 556-2787. We will ask you some questions to verify your purchase and hold replacement tickets at the box office for you to pick up. ID may be required. (Subject to a $3 service fee)
  • How many seats are in your theater?

    Seating capacities can vary by performance. Approximate maximum capacity by venue is listed below:

  • Do you sell gift certificates?
    • Gift Certificates are available in any amount over $10.00, may be used for any performance at Segerstrom Center for the Arts and may be redeemed at the box office, over the phone, or online.
    • Gift Certificates may be purchased in person at the Box Office, via telephone at (714) 556-2787 or online. (Gift Certificates are not valid for food/beverage purchases.)
  • Is smoking allowed at your venues?

    • Segerstrom Center is a smoke free facility. No smoking (including electronic cigarettes or any other form of ‘vaping’) is permitted inside Center facilities or on any of the attached balconies. All such activities must be confined only to designated smoking areas outside the buildings.
