LOST & FOUND:

During and after the performance, ask any usher to direct you to a Head Usher for assistance. Once the lobby closes, lost and found items are moved to the Security office. Call (714) 556-2122, ext.4340 at any time to ask if your item has been found.

Enjoy free WiFi by accessing our SCFTA-GuestNet and entering your cell phone number.

Please turn off or silence your phones before the performance begins. No texting, posting, filming, or photographing during a performance.

COMMENTS/COMPLAINTS:

RESTROOMS:

There are restrooms located in all lobbies except the Segerstrom Hall Plaza level lobby.
 

ACCESSIBILITY:

Volume-enhancing assistive listening devices, binoculars, weighted lap pads, and sensory friendly bags are available to check out at the podium on the Orchestra lobby level. We offer large print programs for most performances.

FOOD & DRINK:

All floors have drinking fountains. For drinks and light snacks, visit one of our concession stands located on Orchestra level and up. For most performances, you may not bring food into the auditorium except in sealed containers to be enjoyed once you have left the auditorium.

We encourage you to pre-order drinks to enjoy during intermission.

ENGAGEMENT:

The Center often provides a variety of activities. Ask your usher about photo ops and other audience engagement opportunities.
 

EMERGENCIES & SECURITY:

We have a trained medic on duty for all performances. Please contact a Head Usher if you have need of their services. Our ushers are trained in audience evacuation procedures. In an emergency, please follow their directions.
