  • New to Studio D? Read me!

Every student participates differently at Studio D and our teachers tailor their lessons to best engage everyone in the room. Prior to the start of classes, we collect information such as communication style, mobility limitations, and sensory sensitivities to better instruct each student. We group our students based on age rather than ability or diagnosis.

Dance attire such as leotards and ballet slippers are not required and we encourage students to wear clothing that is comfortable to move in.

  • Our Mission & Goals

    Goals:

    1. Encourage confident exploration
    2. Focus on capabilities and growth
    3. Foster joy in community and peer connection
    4. Celebrate our students' interests
