Building on the tremendous success of this year, the 2011–2012 Season will feature two distinct series from which to choose.

The Discovery Series, designed for children ages 4 to 8, features five shows. The Explorer Series features three shows and is geared for children age 7 and older. All shows will feature our popular pre-show interactive activities in the lobby of Samueli Theater.

		Dream Carver April 14-15, 2012 SAMUELI THEATER Based on the book of the same name, Dream Carver is a bilingual musical adventure that encourages young audiences to think creatively, try new things and follow their dreams.
		Farfalle April 28-29, 2012 FOUNDERS HALL Farfalle (meaning "butterflies") is an immersive experience which takes audiences through the story of a butterfly's life cycle with breathtaking projection and live animation.

		Zorro March 17-18, 2012 SAMUELI THEATER From the same company who brought the hit show Jason and the Argonauts comes this thrilling heroic adventure set in the early days of California's history. Watch out for Z's scratched into the ground, it might mark the start of a thrilling escape.
		The Man Who Planted Trees May 6 and 12, 2012 SAMUELI THEATER Back by popular demand, this hilarious and touching story is about one man's (and his dog's!) power to transform both the landscape and the community around him… one seed at a time.
		Jason and the Argonauts March 30, 2012 SAMUELI THEATER Back by popular demand, Visible Fictions takes us on the story of young Jason as he returns to claim his rightful throne from his power-hungry uncle after being banished from his kingdom as a baby. To do that, Jason and the crew of The Argo must take an epic quest to the other side of the world to find the Golden Fleece and return with it to unite the people of his kingdom.

Box Office Hours The Center Box Office, located at 600 Town Center Drive in Costa Mesa, is open daily from 10:00 a.m.to 5:00 p.m. On days with evening performances, the box office remains open half-an-hour after the show begins. Holiday hours may vary.
