Cast parties offer a wonderful opportunity for our Advocates’ Circle and higher members to mingle with talented cast and crew during pre- or post-show receptions and to share in the celebration of outstanding performances.

Behind the Scenes

Join Advocates’ Circle and higher members as we go Behind the Scenes at 
Segerstrom Center, where you’ll meet the stars, tour the sets and have access to fascinating lectures and demonstrations about the inner workings of the performing arts.  Recent events have included Q&A opportunities with the creators of a show, demonstrations of puppets by actors in a show and learning how live animals are trained for the stage.

Backstage Tours

There’s so much more to performances than what is seen from a seat in the audience.  As a member of the Partner level and higher, you have access to areas of the theater rarely seen by most audience members.  These VIP tours include a reception and a guided tour of backstage areas which may include the dressing rooms, costume shop, fly rail, follow spot room, trap room and much more.

Informally Yours

Designed to enhance your appreciation of the performing arts, Informally Yours programs bring unusual and often eclectic artists to 
Segerstrom Center for an informal and intimate lecture-demonstration performance.  Associate level and higher members will gain insight into the artists’ lives, careers and relationship to their art with an opportunity for questions and answers.
