Easy Steps to a Successful Booking

1. Select Your Show
Look over our website and choose the performance(s) best suited for your grade level. We recommend that you consult with the principal and the teachers with classes attending for suggestions. Segerstrom Center for the Arts' On Stage staff is also available to make suggestions. Call (714) 556-2122, ext. 4333, Option 1 for questions.

2. Identify Available Dates and Times
Check the school’s master calendar and choose at least two show dates and/or times. Make sure the timing of the performance and your travel time work with the school’s schedule.

3. Reserve Your Seats
To reserve your seats, print this form and fax to (714) 556–0156

Basic information needed to start the booking process includes your artist selection(s), available dates, performance times and the number of people attending. The reservation process may take several days, so please reserve early to ensure ample time to complete the process.

4. Confirm Dates
Once a date has been selected and confirmed, make sure your performances are on the school’s master calendar. Our reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, and it may be difficult to reschedule if a conflict develops.

5. Payment
