Purchasing Your Tickets
Segerstrom Center for the Arts provides several convenient ways for you to purchase your tickets. All sales are final. Always make sure that your tickets are for the correct date and time before completing your transaction.
Segerstrom Center's primary box office is open daily from 10am to 6pm with the box office remaining open until one half hour after curtain time on performance evenings. (Holiday hours may vary.) Street parking is available for the purchase of tickets at the box office for a limited number of vehicles.
Phone orders can be placed by calling the Center Box Office at (714) 556-2787,10am - 6pm. Additional service fees apply. (Please note: call volume is typically heaviest in the first hour of opening and over lunch. We have added additional staff to try and accommodate the increased volume, and we appreciate your patience.) (Holiday hours may vary.)
Online orders can be placed at the Center’s website, www.scfta.org. Additional service fees apply.
Fax (Only valid for events that are currently on sale.)
Ticket orders can be faxed to the Center Box Office at (714)755-7477. Fax orders must include a mailing address, phone number, and credit card number.

Orders must include a mailing address, phone number, and form of payment. Checks should be made payable to "The Center". Although all forms of payment are accepted on mail orders, the Center does NOT recommend sending cash through the mail.
Tickets will be held at will call for all orders received less than 14 days prior to the performance date. All other orders will be mailed to the address provided.
