We hope that the following information will help make your experience at Segerstrom Center for the Arts more enjoyable.
Seating
Accessible locations for patrons with mobility impairments are available on both a subscription and individual show basis. Patrons utilizing a wheelchair may purchase up to three companion seats, based on availability.

Orchestra Row A, Seat 37
Orchestra Row B, Seat 39
Orchestra Row C, Seat 42
Orchestra Row ZZ, Entire Row
Tier 1 Row W, Entire Row
Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall
Wheelchair accessible seating is available on all levels, excluding the Grand Tier. For exact locations, please reference the downloadable seating chart.
Samueli Theater
Wheelchair accessible seating is available for all performances, but exact locations change based on performance type. Cabaret and Jazz Club One seat at each of the following table is wheelchair accessible: 110, 117, 120, 127, 130, 137, 140, 147, 150, 157, 160, 167, 170, 177, 180 and 183.
Assistive Listening Devices Patrons with hearing impairments are encouraged to use Segerstrom Center's Sennheiser System for performances in Segerstrom Hall. Wireless, lightweight devices are available at no cost to those who wish to enhance the theater's normal sound level.
Patrons may pick them up at a booth in the Orchestra level lobby of Segerstrom Hall. To obtain a headset, a driver's license or major credit card will be required and then returned upon receipt of the equipment at the end of the performance.
Parking For ticket purchase and patron drop-off: Street parking is available for the purchase of tickets at the Center Box Office for a limited number of vehicles, and at performance time for drop-off and pick-up of patrons.
For performances: Wheelchair Accessible parking spaces are available at Center Tower Garage, adjacent to the Center (on Sunflower Avenue between Avenue of the Arts and Park Center Drive) for vehicles bearing proper handicapped parking identification. From the garage, there is elevator access to Town Center Drive and the Center's Street Level and Plaza Level entrances.
Current rates for performance parking are $10 (cash only). Please note that the Center neither owns nor operates any of these parking garages, and rates are subject to change.
Interpreted Performances - ASL/Open Captioning/Audio Description
One Saturday matinee performance of each Center Broadway musical will be Open Captioned, Audio Described, and ASL interpreted. In addition, Friday Preview talks of most Center dance presentations are ASL interpreted (one hour prior to curtain time).

Telephone An accessible telephone equipped with a TTY is located off the Street Level Lobby. Please ask any of the Center ushers for assistance.
Usher Assistance The Center's ushers are happy to escort and aid patrons who request assistance to and from the carriage-circle area in front of the box office, before and after the performances. Ushers are also available to read program notes upon request.
Also Available Accessible elevators and drinking fountains are available on all levels. Pay telephones are available on Plaza Level and Tier One.
Accessible restrooms are located near elevators on Orchestra and First, Second and Third Tier levels
Coat check room is located in Orchestra Level Lobby and is available at no extra charge
During performances, a registered nurse and first aid facilities are available in the Street Level Lobby
