We hope that the following information will help make your experience at Segerstrom Center for the Arts more enjoyable.
Accessible locations for patrons with mobility impairments are available on both a subscription and individual show basis. Patrons utilizing a wheelchair may purchase up to three companion seats, based on availability.
Wheelchair accessible seating is available in the following locations:
Orchestra Row ZZ, seats 2-21
Orchestra Terrace Row W, seats 102-124
Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall
Wheelchair accessible seating is available on all levels, excluding the Grand Tier. For exact locations, please reference the downloadable seating chart.
Wheelchair accessible seating is available for all performances, but exact locations change based on performance type.
Cabaret and Jazz Club
One seat at each of the following table is wheelchair accessible: 110, 117, 120, 127, 130, 137, 140, 147, 150, 157, 160, 167, 170, 177, 180 and 183.
Assistive Listening Devices
Patrons with hearing impairments are encouraged to use Segerstrom Center's Sennheiser System for performances in Segerstrom Hall. Wireless, lightweight devices are available at no cost to those who wish to enhance the theater's normal sound level.
Patrons may pick them up at the usher podium in the Orchestra level lobby of Segerstrom Hall or in the Orchestra Level Lobby of the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall.
To obtain an assistive listening device and headphones, a driver's license or major credit card will be required and then returned upon receipt of the equipment at the end of the performance.
Induction Neckloops: If you have a hearing aid that is equipped with a t-coil, we have induction neckloops available that can interface with your hearing aid. Just ask the usher working the podium.
Please note: You may bring your own headphones/earbuds to use in place of our headphones for Segerstrom Hall shows. It just needs to have a 3.5mm audio jack.
For ticket purchase and patron drop-off:
Street parking is available for the purchase of tickets at the Center Box Office circle for a limited number of vehicles, and at performance time for drop-off and pick-up of patrons.
For Segerstrom Hall/Founder’s Hall performances:
Wheelchair Accessible parking spaces are available at the Center Tower Structure (on Sunflower Avenue between Avenue of the Arts and Park Center Drive) for vehicles bearing proper handicapped parking identification. From the structure, there is elevator access to Town Center Drive and Segerstrom Hall’s Plaza Level and Orchestra level entrances.
For Renèe and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall/Samueli Theater performances:
Wheelchair Accessible parking spaces are available at the Plaza Tower Structure (on the corner of Anton/Park Center) for vehicles bearing proper handicapped parking identification. From the structure, there is elevator access close to the Samueli Theater entrance which is located in the back of the Renèe and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall.
Current rates for performance parking are $10 (cash only). Please note that the Center neither owns nor operates any of these parking garages, and rates are subject to change.
Valet Parking is available to patron’s dining at Leatherby’s Café Rouge for $10 (cash only). A limited number of spaces may be available to patrons not dining for $20 (cash only). Valet rates are always subject to change. The valet parking podium is located in front of the Renèe and Henry Segerstrom Hall on Town Center Drive. It is recommended that patrons who are physically impaired use valet parking or have their companion drop them off in the box office circle for performances in Segerstrom Hall/Founder’s Hall and the Renèe and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall.
Accessible Performances - ASL/Open Captioning/Audio Description
One Saturday matinee performance of each Center Broadway musical will be Open Captioned, Audio Described, and ASL interpreted. In addition, Friday Preview talks of most Center dance presentations are ASL interpreted (one hour prior to curtain time).

An accessible telephone equipped with a TTY is located on the Orchestra Level Lobby of Segerstrom Hall. Please ask any of the Center ushers for assistance.
The Center's ushers are happy to escort and aid patrons who request assistance to and from the carriage-circle area in front of the box office, before and after the performances. Ushers are also available to read program notes upon request.
Accessible elevators and drinking fountains are available on all levels in both halls.

Accessible restrooms are located near elevators on Orchestra and Orchestra Terrace, Loge and Balcony levels in Segerstrom Hall and on every level in the Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall.
Coat check room is located in Orchestra Level Lobby and is available at no extra charge
During performances, a registered nurse and first aid facilities are available on the Plaza Level.
