You will be providing essential support to the Center’s Marketing Department in the areas of sales reporting and analysis, and financial reconciliation. To be successful, you will need a high degree of organization and attention to detail and have a work style that can positively interact with other departments at the Center and with outside vendors and production companies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned or changed at the discretion of management.
- Create and distribute sales reports to Center management, partners and production companies on a daily basis
- Create and maintain advertising settlements for all Center presented events and series
- Process weekly departmental check requests
- Analyze and report sales history and trends via comparison graphs and Google Analytics
- Maintain and implement marketing programs, including Center Access
- Provide clerical assistance to the Director of Marketing

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree; Intermediate skill levels in Excel and Microsoft Word, along with a good working knowledge of Tessitura are required.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to colleagues, vendors and patrons.
This position requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and current insurance, since making deliveries and visiting off-site partners and vendors are called for on occasion.
This position requires daily and punctual attendance. Because the daily sales report is needed at 9am each weekday, this position works from 8am until 5:30pm.
