When are the shows?
Performances are held Wednesday through Sunday with two performances on Sundays. During the holiday season we also have shows on Tuesday.
How does the seating work?
Our host pre-assigns all of the seating for our guests. He or she will assign seating prior to our guests' arrival. The seating is based on party size, type of ticket and any requests that we receive through the box office. The tent is circular and intimate and the action take place all around you from different vantage points in the room. We do take seating requests but cannot guarantee each and every request.
What is the capacity of the tent?
The capacity of the tent is 285.
I have a Segerstrom Center gift certificate, may I use it?
Yes! Segerstrom Center gift certificates may be applied to tickets only. Please note that they are not available for merchandise or beverages.
Is every show the same?
Each show is slightly different, there is a participatory nature to the show and the audience helps make each show unique.
Are some seats better than others?
A larger majority of the performance happens in the center of the room. Seats directly adjacent to that stage are closer but as the action happens around the room, there is no bad seat in the house.
How many people at a table?
Tables can seat anywhere from 2 individuals to 12, however there is a limited availability of larger tables.
Are there beverages available?
A large selection of beer, wine, champagne, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase from our bar.
What should I wear? Is it formal?
Teatro ZinZanni celebrates "fun and festive" so dress as elegantly as you feel comfortable. We encourage festive attire including turbans, tiaras, tuxes and tails with feathers and glitter mixed in!
What's on the menu?
A five-course meal is included in the ticket price. The menu includes an appetizer, soup, salad, entrée and dessert. There are three different entrée options available to choose from; one of which is vegetarian.
I have food allergies, what can you do for me?
Many of our customers have allergies and dietary restrictions. Our staff will need to be informed of your allergies and or restrictions at the time of your reservation.
May I take photos?
Photography is prohibited in the tent prior to and during each performance; please note this is enforced for the safety of our artists.
May I bring my child?
We recommend children 9 and up. The show is long (3 hours) and does not have an intermission. There is some suggestive humor, similar to what you would find on primetime television and there is no children's menu or child priced ticket. Guests must be at least 5 years of age.
I have friends who are coming to the show and I'd like to take care of their drinks and any additional items they order in the tent. What do I need to do?
We have a special request form that is completed by the box office staff with your information. This information will be passed along accordingly to the restaurant staff to ensure that your requests are met.
We are celebrating a special occasion, is there anything else I can do/purchase to make this evening even better?
Yes! We would love to make note of your special occasion. We also offer cakes and special merchandise items including boas, tiaras and other decorative flair at an additional cost.
Can I hold seats?
Reservations must be made and purchased in full. All sales are final. We offer no refunds or exchanges. However exceptions are made for family emergencies and severe weather issues. Requests must be made 72 hours in advance and there is a $5.00 exchange fee per ticket.
This event is outside in a tent, are there restrooms available?
Yes, restrooms are available for use within Segerstrom Center.
