Most artists have limited availability. Please have more than one date available per your school's master calendar when making booking arrangements. Call early to ensure your first choice.
Outside Orange County
A minimum of two performances in the area on the same day is required. If your school needs only one performance, please find a nearby partner-school for the other performance before you call to schedule.
Capacity
Capacity for assembly performances is 350 students. Capacity for workshops varies and is listed with each artist.
Performance and workshop length
Student assemblies are approximately 45 minutes in length. Workshops are one hour.
Booking changes
A fee of $25 will be charged should a school need to change a confirmed booking. Please confirm your dates and times with the school’s master calendar before calling to make booking arrangements to avoid this additional fee.
Booking cancellation. Events may be cancelled with a minimum of seven days notice prior to the performance date without penalty. Performances cancelled within seven days of the performace date for any reason other than weather or Force Majeure are subject to 50% of the total performance fee. Performances cancelled for any reason within 48 hours of the performance date are subject to the full fee. Cancellations must be made in writing.

No membership fee
Segerstrom Center for the Arts does not charge a district or organizational membership fee for any services including the Arts Teach program. Prices remain the same for all schools and organizations.
Mileage fee
A standard daily travel fee of $30 will be charged to schools between 50 and 75 miles distance from Segerstrom Center for the Arts and a standard daily travel fee of $60 will be charged to schools more than 75 miles distance from Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Larger artist ensembles may charge additional travel fees. All travel fees will be disclosed prior to making a final date confirmation.
Pricing for evenings and weekends
Performance and workshop fees listed are for weekday, in-school events only. Prices may vary for evening and weekend events. Please call 714.556.2122, ext. 4310 for more information.
Materials fee
Some workshops may require a per-student materials fee. Fees are listed with each artist.
Payments
Payment is due to Segerstrom Center for the Arts 15 days prior to the date of performance. Please do not give payment to the artists. Checks are to be made to Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Please include the provided invoice with your payment. If your school has a strict policy of withholding payment until services are rendered, please submit a purchase order to the Center 15 days in advance of your performance.
